Reflection
Sometimes you question your path in life trying to prevent pain, discomfort, or failure. What determines success? I believe I have already been successful in different aspects of my life. However, a true fighter continues to push further still, striving to overcome all setbacks.
Persistance to move forward, unrelenting - the Fighter's Will
This week I am preparing to compete in Ecuador for the second qualifiers in the Pan American games. I await it eagerly, knowing each victory is a step toward my Dream.

Back Home
Traveling back home was a pain in the butt. We "The USA Team" missed our flight from Caracuss to Miami because the flight from Barcelonia was late. Not to mention it took 2 and a half hours of a bumpy bus ride to get there. Me being the lucky one so I thought hopped on a standby flight that left a few hrs later than our original flight leaving my luggage in the responsibility of another teammate, just to make it home. Arriving in Miami I missed my connection flight to North Carolina so was told they will arrange another flight for me, but I'd have to stay the night in North Carolina due to the fact no more flights left. I , all by myself, stayed in a hotel and then caught a flight from North Carolina to Arizona and thennn to Seattle... Yes it took forever, Yes patience went out the window. Glad to be home. I spent the weekend in Portland,Oregon relaxing. Thanks. Now back at the gym training for a Dual.... USA vs Mexico..Ill be leaving again on the 13th....Yeyah!!!
